Additions to my lunch today

I am feeling better than I did yesterday.  I have a need to drink more liquids during the day.  By lunch time today, I consumed 24 ounces of water.  I felt a little dehydrated from being ill on yesterday.  In order to boost my electrolytes and prevent further dehydration, I drank 20 ounces of G2 with my lunch.

Because I drank the G2, I had limited carbohydrates on my plate.  I still tracked the nutritional value of the foods that I ate and drank.  I usually don't like to drink anything other than pure water, but today, I made an exception. 

A pinch of organic, dark chocolate topped off my meal.
