There are days where it seems as though I am going from 6am to 9pm nonstop. However, as I continue on this wellness journey, I am learning to balance. I was watching something on tv the other day and it was talking about how busy Mother's are. The advice that was given is that you have to let some things go because you can't do everything. As long as it doesn't harm anyone, don't worry about it. So if you don't get home to cook in time or if you forget to take out something for dinner or if you forget to start the dishwasher or if you didn't get time to fold clothes last night because you were too tired, don't sweat it.
