  2. It's really simple. Season the chicken tenders first. Then, batter the boneless chicken tends in Shake n Bake buffalo mix. I cook my chicken tenders in the oven on 400 degrees for at least 30 minutes. That makes them a little crispier. The box says 20 minutes. When picking Shake n Bake mix, make sure to choose the blend that has the lowest amount of sodium, and track the carbs in the mix with your daily calculations.
