It is that time of the year. I purchased girl scout cookies today. I did well until the end of the day. I did not eat any until 6:00 pm. At that time, I ate 4 peanut butter patties and 1 lemonade cookie (5 in all). Despite my weakness and cravings, I will still track my food intake. I had 41 grams of carbs and 4 grams of protein in the 5 cookies. I feel guilty, but I understand that this is not regular behavior for me. My goal is to be able to enjoy the cookies but to eat one serving per day through the rest of the cookie sales season.
Good way to stay accountable! Look on the bright side. At least you didn't eat the whole bag.
