Focus for today

Today, I realized that I need to go grocery shopping.  I decided to take time to reorganize my refrigerator and cabinets to make room for healthier food items.  I will begin to stock my shelves with fresh and frozen fruits/vegetables.  In the process of rearranging stuff in the cabinets, I found the ingredients needed to make turkey chili.  My dinner consisted of homemade chili made with ground turkey and broccoli.
