I have posted mostly breakfast, lunch, and dinner ideas. For snacks and meals, it is very important to follow the serving sizes on the packages when tracking how much has been eaten for the day. Don't eat too many of each item. I would now like to offer a few snack options like:
1/2 English muffin with laughing cow cheese
Ritz crackers, cheese, carrots
Fiber one bar, carrots
Graham crackers, peanut butter, veggie
Apple with peanut butter, veggie
Tuna, Ritz crackers, broccoli
Popcorn, cheese, carrots
Strawberries, nuts, veggie
Banana, nuts, veggie
Tortilla Chips, salsa, cheese, veggie
I usually rotate broccoli, carrots, spinach, tomatoes, and veggie soup as my choices for snack. I choose these veggies because they are the most convenient and the ones that I prefer.
Most days, I like to eat my veggies with breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I need a few more exciting veggie ideas for my snacks.
