Meal calculations for the day

Throughout the day, I write down and calculate the food values that I have eaten for the day.  On Friday, 1-16-15, I ate the following:

Breakfast:  Greek yogurt, banana, spinach with a dash of parmesan cheese
Mid morning snack:  Fiber one Protein bar
Lunch:  Steak quesadilla with lettuce, tomatoes, and black beans
Dinner:  Chicken Caesar salad
Late evening snack:  Ritz crackers, 1/2 ounce of mixed nuts

I had adequate veggies for the day.  My carbohydrate count was appropriate.  I may have consumed a little too much protein.  I will remember today and consider changes for future meal plans.
