My Big Breakfast

This morning, my breakfast was very satisfying.  I decided to eat a little more protein (eggs) in order to avoid being hungry so quickly.  I am still tracking the nutritional values of the foods that I eat.  Sometimes, I have to remind myself of my ultimate goal for wellness--especially when urges come for sweets.

Cheerios with fresh bananas and blueberries,
almond milk in cereal; boiled eggs, and spinach.
