Smoothie as a meal

I had a heavy lunch today.  So, I made a smoothie for dinner.  Here are the ingredients:

Kale
7 Frozen Sweet Red Cherries
1/2 Banana
6 ounces Greek Yogurt
1/2 cup Almond Milk

Includes fresh fruit/carbohydrates, protein, fresh veggies.
You can use varying amounts of the ingredients above to your taste.
