Having a Wrap for Lunch



Today lunch:

Lo carb whole wheat tortilla
Honey smoked turkey breast 
Shredded cheese
Lettuce
Tomato
Topped with mustard
One serving of chips as a small treat

In tracking the foods that I ate today at lunch, I counted the calories, carbs, protein, and veggies.  I actually weighed the turkey breast, cheese, and counted the number of chips that I ate.  I wanted to make sure that I would eat within reasonable limits.
