High Carb Morning

I haven't felt my best today.  I am having a day with high carb cravings.  Since I have eaten a higher than normal amount of carbs in the morning and for lunch, I will make adjustments at dinner and for my evening snack.  Here are my meals so far for today:

Breakfast:
Chicken noodle soup (Healthy request)
Ritz crackers

Morning snack:
Pretzels
Nuts

Lunch:
1/2 Turkey Sandwich with cheese on double fiber wheat bread
1 serving Doritos
1/2 serving of Chicken noodle soup

The meals that I have left are:  Dinner and evening snack.  My goal is to add a larger amount of veggies to these meals to make up for the missed ones from the morning.
