Quest to choose foods with more natural ingredients

Example:  one of the foods that I eat with "natural ingredients".


This morning for breakfast I made a smoothie with:
  • 1/4 cup of fresh blueberries
  • 1/4 cup of fresh strawberries
  • 1 banana
  • 1 serving of Blueberry Chobani 100 Calorie Greek Yogurt
  • 1 cup of Almond Milk--unsweetened vanilla
Total calorie count:  268
