I have found that at times I may feel sluggish. As I learn something new each day, I am beginning to realize that feeling sluggish does not always mean to "rest". For me, it often means that I need to move more to become more energized! Movement makes a big difference when I feel lethargic!
There are three common ways that I "move more" during the day, raising my heart rate:
1. Cleaning the house for 20-30 minutes nonstop.
2. Parking my car further away from buildings
3. Walking on the treadmill while watching an interesting TV show at the gym
