Back on track

I have been struggling lately to stay on track with my healthy eating plan.  Today, I made better choices for breakfast and lunch. 

Breakfast:
Chobani Simply 100 Peach yogurt
Fresh Strawberries
Granola

Lunch:
Homemade Cobb Salad with-
     Chicken strips
     Few bacon bits
     Dash of reduced fat cheese
     Romaine Lettuce
     Mixed greens (spinach, chard, kale)
     Fresh grape tomatoes
     Fresh carrots

Both meals under 400 calories each.
I have to remember to celebrate small achievements in developing a healthier lifestyle.
