June 2015 goals

I have read several articles with weight loss success stories.  In most of them, the person losing the weight states that goals were sent throughout the process. 

For the month of June 2015, my goal is to be able to lose 3 pounds and to maintain this loss on a daily basis.  By August 2015, I would like to be able to lose an additional 3 pounds.  Overall, shedding 6 pounds in the next two months is a realistic goal for me to push toward.
