Light lunch

I ate a light lunch today.  I will have a late afternoon snack to fill in the gaps and curb hunger.
Shrimp sauteed in olive oil with garlic, paprika, and chili powder.
Corn and Mixed vegetable blend

  1. That looks so good. How long did it take to prepare that meal? That would be a great 20-minutes meal for the weeknight.
