This Week's Lesson - HUNGER

On my weight loss journey, I continue to learn about combatting hunger. One of the most important lessons I have learned about hunger is.........


Do not wait until your hunger has reached level 10 (on a scale of 1-10) before you eat.


This is such an important lesson because when my hunger level reaches 10, I am more likely to overindulge in anything to get satisfied quickly versus taking the time to think through healthier choices.

  1. This is great advice. I try to remember to eat every 3 hours including meals and snacks!! I definitely works....
