Back to Basics

In order to continue to progress in this weight loss journey with lifestyle changes, I am going to commit to moving back to basics.

1.  Measuring food
2.  Portion control
3.  Tracking meals
4.  Healthy food choices
5.  Hydration (drinking enough liquids)
6.  Adequate sleep per night
7.  Limiting splurge meals
8.  Progressive physical movement
