Thursday meals

I had success last night with making the best choice to eat a salad for dinner.  I was able to make up for the veggies that I had missed during the day on yesterday!!!

For breakfast on today (Thursday), I ate leftovers from a previous night's dinner,

At lunch time, I had a grilled cheese sandwich on double fiber wheat bread and a cup of beef vegetable soup.  I did enjoy my meal.

Thanks Patrice for all of the practical recipes that you have given me.  I would like to post some of them here really soon.
