Wednesday

This morning, my appetite was low.  I ate a bowl of vanilla almond cereal with a banana and almond milk.  I also ate a few nuts for protein.  I missed my veggies this morning.

At midmorning snack, I had a banana.  For lunch, I had 1/2 tuna sandwich with a handful of Doritos (1 ounce).

Since I had two meals without veggies today, I must make up for my missed food items.  It looks like I will have a salad for dinner in order to get in my daily amount of green leafy veggies.
