After a solid month of making new changes in my diet, I have been able to successfully lose 1 pound per week. From day to day, the scales would occasionally go up and read a larger amount of pounds. I contribute these increases to splurge meals, excess sodium/fluid retention, and physically slow days. Despite my challenges, I have been able to keep the scales going in the right direction for the majority of the time. There are times when I feel off course. During these occasions, I try to remember the knowledge gained over the weeks. Making best choices for lifestyle changes has been a major key to success for me.
