Spaghetti for lunch

For lunch today, I had several choices.  On some days, I have an old habit of going through a fast food drive thru.  I usually locate the nutrition information for the foods that I choose, looking for items with the lowest calories, sodium, carbs, and protein.  It becomes challenging. 

Today, I chose to return home for lunch and enjoy a portion of my homemade spaghetti that was left from dinner last night.  I made it with multigrain penne for a healthier option.  I enjoyed a side of carrots to complete my meal.
