| Petite carrots, Tater tots, Spinach, Parmesan Crusted Tilapia Fillet
This fish recipe came from allrecipes.com. You can find it by placing parmesan crusted tilapia fillets in the search box on allrecipes.com. Very filling meal. The fish and tater tots were both oven baked. I ate raw carrots and sautéed frozen spinach in olive oil and garlic.
