Lifestyle Changes

I read an article yesterday on a lady that lost 103 pounds.  The major changes that she has made include giving up sodas and junk food.  In my thoughts, I asked myself the same question.  What have I given up to maintain and lose weight?  My answer is "soft drinks and most fried foods".  I still have a sweet tooth and use many types of carbohydrates for snacks.  Many opportunities for growth are still present in my life.  Another lesson learned for me.
