Learning new habits--everyday

Each day, I am slowly beginning to learn and understand new information related to weight loss and healthy eating.  Learning takes time and incorporating new information into my lifestyle takes even greater concentration and focus.

My new tidbit of information:  I should aim to eat 6 servings of fresh fruit and vegetables per day.  Eating fruits and vegetables in meals and snacks is the best way to meet daily intake requirements.
