Coconut Oil

I went for a doctor's checkup this past week.  One of the recommendations that my doctor made to me is that I should use coconut oil with cooking rather than olive oil.  He says that olive oil breaks down and loses its nutritional value with cooking.  But, it is ok to use raw olive oil, such as on salads.  I found an interesting article on the use of coconut oil and its benefits.
