Salad with Grilled Chicken

Salad with Grilled Chicken Strips,
Grape Tomatoes, Shredded Carrots,
Dash of Shredded Cheese,
1/2 Tbsp bacon bits, Super Greens,
Honey mustard dressing


Today is my first day of having a salad for lunch.  After a visit with my doctor on yesterday, I have a new direction to take.  I desire to make these changes a permanent part of my life.  I have been instructed to have salad for lunch daily--varying the foods that I put in the salad.

When you look at my salad, please understand that I make choices that could be refined.  Such as, picking a salad dressing with less sugar.  I am trying to balance eating healthy greens and veggies with having the appropriate amount of carbs in my meals.
