Reevaluate and adjust

Today, I am taking another look at the big picture.  I am maintaining my weight, but I would like to continue to shed pounds.  In my self examination, I realize that I still need to develop greater consistency with exercising weekly.  I also need diet adjustments, such as decreasing junk food.  I would like to be able to choose healthier snacks. 

Writing these thoughts on paper helps me to organize in my mind and to develop ownership for wellness. 

Salads for lunch is going well!!
