Today has been a pretty good day. I wish I had a picture of the amazing salad I had today from Tossed. Next time I go, I will try to remember to take a picture to share. I had the Southwest Blackened Chicken Salad with Citrus Vinaigrette Dressing. Absolutely delicious!
Dinner will probably be a little light tonight.
I am glad that things are going well today. I will have to try that salad on the next time that I go there.
